I was able to get two primary targets so far: pink diamond and the tequila bottle. 1.4 mil for the pink diamond and 990k for the tequila bottle.

Another is located near the crane to the north of the bottom section of the island, and the last is found on the coast, directly south of the airport, close to some small boats.

There are pelo guards in this section, but there are still two cameras, so go ahead and destroy them before heading inside.

..everything, does that mean that on your save those things are scoped out forever, like in the Casino Heists? Meaning if you find every, single, solitary thing on the island, does that mean that if you complete a heist with all preps and finale, then start again, are those points all still scoped? Or do you have to scope weapons and points every time you start a new heist from your own sub?

Fast travel with the sub is reduced from 10k to 2k after completing the heist for the first time. Combined with the sparrow, this makes most of the preps incredibly easy.

Well, according to what was revealed by the media activist Tez2 through his own account on Twitter, the Completa amount that the player will receive by completing all the tasks of the robbery on the new island, which was monitored through a screen that appeared in the new presentation of the game, which is as follows:

Select the mission from the Heist Prep station, then take a Dinghy ashore and grab a vehicle. Drive to the construction site and head to the glowing yellow spot in the elevator check here to proceed inside the building.

You will need to use the vehicle provided to you for this infiltration mission, depending on which infiltration route you choose.

If you’ve followed these instructions correctly you’ll have completed the prep mission. You can blow yourself up after taking out the head of security and this will let you skip the entire fight against the police backup while trying to escape.

3. If you find a box of mixture near copyright packing place or weed farm, climb on a water tower (look for small circles on map) and pull the mixture in the guards water supply. REALLY REALLY help with mission.

I'd say if you buy the submarine for heists - the Sparrow is mandatory. To be able to lift off and land on the submarine with it is priceless. Also the heli is on par with the Buzzard. Maybe a bit faster.
